Q: How long does my item take to ship?

A: On average shipping time is 7 to 14 business days however it can vary from item to item. If there are any issues with your order we have a dedicated customer service staff ready to help you with any concerns.

 

Q: What is the return policy?

A: You have 5 days to notify us of any return and 10 days to ship the item back to us from the day you receive your item.

 

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order once it has been submitted? 

A: You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours. If your order has already shipped, you will need to wait for your item to arrive and then process a return.

 

Q: How do I return an item?

A: Click on our support tab and contact us for instructions. We will email you a return shipping label.

 

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once the order has shipped you will get an email confirmation with a tracking number.

 

Q: How long does it take for my order to process?

A: Typically, we process every order within 24-36 hours. (excluding holidays)
